The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting civil engineering and land surveying projects through drafting & design tasks. This position requires proficiency in various design software and a strong understanding of civil engineering and land surveying principles. The Civil Technician will collaborate with engineers and surveyors to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and accurately. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Signing Bonus Duties Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Carlson. Create schematics and technical documentation to support project development. Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet specifications and regulatory requirements. Conduct site visits to gather data for design modifications and project assessments. Support the construction process by providing technical assistance and resolving design-related issues on-site. Maintain organized records of project documentation, including revisions and updates. Skills Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Carlson) for drafting and design tasks. Strong understanding of construction methods and materials. Ability to create detailed schematics and technical drawings for engineering projects. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
