Company Overview We are a growing custom kitchen, closet, and bath showroom in Aventura , FL specializing in high-end residential projects. We are seeking an experienced CAD Designer to support our design and production team with accurate technical drawings and 3D renderings. This is primarily a drafting and technical role with the opportunity to grow into a client-facing design and sales position for the right candidate. Primary Responsibilities Create detailed 2D drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections) Produce 3D models and renderings for kitchens, closets, and bathrooms Prepare production-ready drawings for ordering and installation Review site measurements and verify layout accuracy Coordinate with designers, installers, and vendors Maintain organized project documentation Secondary Responsibilities Assist during client meetings when technical input is needed Support material and sample preparation Help maintain a professional showroom environment Growth Opportunity For candidates interested in expanding their role, this position offers a path into design consulting and sales, including client presentations and commission-based earning potential. Qualifications 2+ years experience drafting cabinetry, millwork, kitchens, or closets Strong proficiency in Cad, Sketchup, 3D software/renders and Microsoft.
