CAD & 3D
Visualization Drafter to join our growing residential team. In this role, you will produce accurate technical drawings and high-quality 3D renderings that bring design concepts to life. You will work closely with our designers and report directly to the Head of Visualization, ensuring all drawings and visualizations align with the overall project vision and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Create detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD, including floor plans, interior elevations, and construction documents Develop 3D models and photorealistic renderings based on design concepts Collaborate closely with interior designers to translate concepts into technical drawings and visual presentations Revise drawings and renderings based on feedback and project updates Maintain organized project files and documentation Ensure accuracy, proper scaling, and compliance with industry standards Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD Experience with 3D visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, Homestyler, or similar) Strong understanding of interior design drawings and construction detailing Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Previous experience in an interior design or architecture firm Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture layouts is a plus!!
