Job Description

Prepare AutoCAD construction drawings for Commercial projects for permit review, Maintain project files and database, support the project design process, prepare plans and renderings, perform architectural assignments, coordinate all aspects of project work assigned, assist PM/PA with project assignments. Proficiency in producing construction documents using AutoCAD & Auto
CAD REVIT
is essential experience. Must have experience generating documents from design sketches through complete construction documents and coordinating with consultants. Must have at least 5 years of architectural office AutoCAD experience and ability to learn from professionals in field, Highly proficient in AutoCAD 2020 and 3D Illustration program proficiency, Architectural abilities to draw and think creatively, MS Office and computer savvy knowledgeable. Candidates should have previous experience generating schematic, design development and construction documents. Strong analysis and critical thinking skills as well as being detail-oriented with strong leadership qualities Previous experience working in architectural office is a requirement. Benefits included.
