In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise, detailed, and visually compelling CAD drawings and models that bring architectural, engineering, and construction projects to life. Your expertise in various CAD software and building information modeling (BIM) tools will be essential in translating concepts into accurate schematics, construction details, and system designs. Responsibilities Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Rhino3D. Create comprehensive construction detail documentation that meets project specifications. Utilize BIM tools to develop accurate building information models that facilitate coordination among architects, engineers, and contractors. Collaborate with project teams to produce schematics and interior layouts. Support the review of design drafts for accuracy, clarity, and compliance while incorporating feedback from customers. Experience Proven experience working with CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit and Rhino3D. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality 2D schematics and 3D models for architectural. Familiarity with BIM workflows for integrated project delivery and system design coordination. Prior experience in interior design is a plus. Knowledge of graphic design principles and 3D animation techniques is advantageous but not mandatory at all.
