Job Description Job Description Job Summary The Senior CAD Designer is responsible for drafting and designing a variety of engineering projects including residential and commercial structures. In addition, the Senior CAD Designer will also help create master engineering plan sets, collaborate with engineers to design projects, and assist in training for new hires.

36 years Responsibilities Draft and design engineering construction documents for custom and production homes, remodels, commercial buildings and other projects Develop innovative tools to enhance technical efficiency and comprehension within the team Perform Quality Control reviews on master plan sets and sitespecific jobs Ensure all designs meet safety specifications, industry standards, and legal requirements Supervise the onboarding and ongoing training and development of new employees Perform site visits as needed and adeptly translate existing structures into comprehensive engineering plans Company Core Values Excellence Our quality work and service are our reputation. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 24 years experience in residential construction (commercial experience is a plus) Must be 18 years of age Must be eligible to live and work in the United States Skills Working knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus) Understanding of basic calculations and using spreadsheets Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF software Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at once Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Being a team player Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities
