This Position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering. The ideal candidate will work closely with experienced engineers on real-world projects, contributing to innovative solutions while enhancing their technical skills and knowledge. Responsibilities Assist in project scheduling and coordination of engineering tasks. Utilize SolidWorks for drafting and design purposes. Support manufacturing processes by applying principles of lean manufacturing and root cause analysis. Participate in product development activities, including mechanical design and fabrication. Collaborate with team members on system design and debugging tasks. Conduct research and analysis related to engineering projects. Help maintain project documentation, including schematics and CAD drawings. Engage in maintenance activities for existing systems and equipment. Skills The ideal candidate should possess a combination of the following skills: Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and mechanical knowledge. Understanding of industrial engineering practices and methodologies. Ability to apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards in design work.
