In this role, you will be involved in every stage of the design and drafting process—from visiting job sites and gathering field measurements to developing renderings, plans and detailed millwork shop drawings
Key Responsibilities Field Work & Documentation:
Conduct on-site visits to document existing conditions, take accurate field measurements, and photograph job sites.Technical Drafting & Modeling:
Translate field measurements and preliminary concepts into detailed working drawings, permit sets, and 3D visualizations & renderings.Cabinet & Millwork Detailing:
Produce precise cabinet and architectural millwork shop drawings for fabrication and installation.Client & Project Collaboration:
Create functional, aesthetic design plans & renderings tailored to client needs and project scopes.Permitting Support:
Assist with the preparation, submittal, and coordination of documentation required for the building permit processProduct & Material Sourcing:
Research and source products, materials, fixtures, and finishes to support design specifications.Qualifications & Skills Software Proficiency:
Proficiency in AutoCAD , SketchUp , Revit and Microsoft Office .Technical Drafting:
Proven experience creating working drawings, renderings and detailed cabinet/millwork shop drawings.Site Experience:
Demonstrated ability to accurately take field measurements and thoroughly document existing site conditions. Attention toDetail:
High level of precision, strong spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills.Communication:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to confidently collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, project superintendents, and internal team members.Pay:
$25.00 - $38.00 per hourBenefits:
