(DKK): DKK is looking for a CAD Technician who is interested in a unique opportunity to work within an established firm (20+ years). We are a young firm with exponential growth that has many opportunities for the right person to excel within its operation. This will involve working on a diversity of projects, often times with challenging existing conditions to consider. The Candidate will need a strong understanding or desire to learn about all aspects related to the front side design programming to development of Construction Documents. It is important for the new team member to accept responsibility for their projects while ensuring the quality of the work product meets DKK Standards. In short, DKK is not looking for an employee, we are looking for a team member ready to make an impact!Job Requirements:
Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM) to create, modify, update, and manage technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and designs for a variety of projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all designs are delivered on time and within budget. Apply your understanding of the current Florida Building Code. Work on civil, structural, and architectural design projects. Ensure that all designs and drawings comply with company standards, industry regulations, and client specifications. Assist with revisions and design changes based on feedback from project teams or clients. Work on residential renovation projects, including home additions, remodels, and structural alterations. Demonstrate team coordination skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities to enhance project delivery. Ensure that all work products meet DKK Standards for quality. Capability to address agency comments for permit approval is a plus.Job Type:

Construction Document Development:
5 - 8 years Experience as a CAD Technician, drafter, or similar role Permitting with Building Department Proficiency in AutoCAD Knowledge of structural elements and connections. A background in civil, structural, and architectural design.Compensation:
$20-30/hr. (performance bonuses available) Salary is based upon Skill Level and Impact on existing projects. Relocation fees available upon request.Benefits
