Full-Time About the Position Advance Consulting Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our Tampa, Florida team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Revit , CAD drafting, site design, and or civil design. This position will support a variety of commercial building and site-development projects. The successful candidate must be able to understand how buildings and site improvements work together and produce accurate, coordinated design documents. Key Responsibilities Prepare and modify detailed construction and design drawings Develop building plans, elevations, sections, details, and related documentation Perform site design and site layout for commercial projects Prepare grading, drainage, utility, and site-development drawings Utilize Civil 3D for civil/site design and drafting Assist with development of site plans and construction document packages Coordinate building and site drawings with engineers, architects, and project managers Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and constructability Incorporate design revisions and field information into drawings Assist with permitting and construction drawing packages Maintain organized project files and drawing standards Interpret engineering plans, architectural drawings, specifications, and field information Required Qualifications

Proficiency with Revit

Experience producing professional CAD drawings Experience with Civil 3D is a plus Experience with site design and site development is a plus Ability to read and understand architectural, engineering, and construction documents Strong understanding of building construction and site development Ability to create accurate and detailed drawings Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial construction projects Experience with grading and drainage design Experience with utility design and site layouts Knowledge of local permitting requirements Technical degree, CAD certification, or related education Experience coordinating architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines Compensation $20.00 - $27.50 per hour , based on technical experience, qualifications, and overall skill level.
