What You'll Do Complete accurate construction drawings for deep foundation, earth retention, and marine construction projects Work closely with the engineering team on design, and support project teams and field operations with drawings and sketches Interpret existing construction documents to generate new construction drawings Maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity to consistently deliver projects on schedule Bring a self-starting, conscientious, team-first approach to the work What You Bring Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit; 3D drafting experience is a strong plus Ability to read and interpret structural and civil engineering drawings Associate degree or equivalent certification from an accredited Computer Aided Drafting/Design program, or equivalent relevant experience 5+ years of experience in drafting Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and grow into increasingly complex drafting projects Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Strong communication skills, both internally and with clients Schedule This is an on-site only position based at our Gary, IN office.
