Responsibilities include coordinating models, preparing "shop drawings," and participating in job layouts using 3D data. Seeking someone with prior CAD/Revit experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong computer skills, and effective communication. Pay The salary range for this position is competitive and relevant to experience. Hours 40 or more per week Transportation Travel allowance provided, if required Lodging Provided if Required Req. Skills Previous CAD/Revit experience required Basic Electrical Knowledge Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management software. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative. Knowledge of electrical systems and terminology is advantageous. Key Responsibilities Attend and/or assist in model coordination meetings, documenting project preconstruction/VC meetings, and compiling meeting minutes. Coordinate models with internal and subcontractor detailers and modelers. Aid in processing shop/fabrication-level models for approval, preparing "shop drawings" from the model for field use. Participate in job layout driven by 3D model data. Seek information from various sources to enhance project understanding. Devote time to job projects and maintain a log of updated as-builts and revised Building Information Models.
