As part of our team, the candidate will collaborate with project managers and engineers in developing process mechanical BIM (Revit) models, families, and contract drawings for water, wastewater, and pump station facility projects.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Developing Revit models, families, and contract documents Lay out process mechanical piping and equipment in Revit to create enlarged plans, sections, and details. Coordinate with site civil, structural, architectural, HVAC, electrical, and I&C disciplines to identify and resolve design conflicts. Perform clash detection at submittal milestones and support clash resolution. Incorporate engineer and CAD/BIM Coordinator red lines and review comments into drawings and models. Coordinate design submittals with project discipline leads. Verify deliverables comply with Hazen and client CAD/BIM standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or associate degree/technical certification with 10+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk FORMA, formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D is preferred. Experience leading and coordinating construction contract drawings for medium- and large-scale projects. Experience mentoring early-career designers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on Revit experience, especially with MEP design Process Mechanical Revit experience Experience collaborating across disciplines Water or wastewater industry experience

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $110,000 - Starting pay range for this position depends on skills, experience, education and geographical location
