We are seeking a Revit / CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise and detailed designs using CAD software, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. The successful applicant will have a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks to create detailed designs and drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, foreman and other designers to ensure accurate and precise designs.
• Conduct thorough research to understand project specs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project's technical requirements.
• Conduct technical writing to create clear and concise documentation.
• Apply 2D annotations to create buildable construction drawings.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of CAD software and their applications.

Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Strong writing skills to create clear and concise documentation.
• Ability to annotate 2D CAD drawings
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
