Job Description
We are seeking a Revit / CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise and detailed designs using CAD software, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. The successful applicant will have a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks to create detailed designs and drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, foreman and other designers to ensure accurate and precise designs.
- Conduct thorough research to understand project specs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project's technical requirements.
- Conduct technical writing to create clear and concise documentation.
- Apply 2D annotations to create buildable construction drawings.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of CAD software and their applications.
Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
- Strong writing skills to create clear and concise documentation.
- Ability to annotate 2D CAD drawings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
