CAD DESIGNER - NORTH CAROLINA A

leading heavy civil / geotechnical construction company is looking for an experienced CAD Designer to join their team in North Carolina. This is a great opportunity for a CAD professional looking to build a career with an established construction organization working alongside experienced engineers and design professionals.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and maintain engineering and construction drawings Create structural and geotechnical drawings Complete red-lined as-built drawings Develop designs from preliminary sketches, diagrams, and concepts Produce complex technical drawings and detailed construction plans Take projects from conceptual layouts through finished drawings Coordinate CAD projects with engineers and other team members Generate and coordinate files for project layouts Identify opportunities to improve and simplify designs

What We're Looking For:

0-2 years of CAD Technician / Drafter experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Civil 3D experience preferred Strong technical and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Strong attention to detail A get-it-done attitude
