The estimator will be responsible for the estimating of commercial and residential jobs, and the production of construction shop drawings for the manufacturing of architectural limestone for various types of projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Estimating
• Review blueprints, plan, specifications, and other project documentation and successfully implement that information for an accurate take off.
• Preparing plan details, elevations, sections, and details for residential and commercial projects
• Reading and interpreting red line mark ups and translate to working drawings
• Demonstrate organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Field measure existing job sites and utilize those measurements to generate accurate shop drawings

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience required of the following.
• Architectural experience important
• Ability to read and interpret architectural construction drawings
• Familiarity with construction methods and material
• Estimating experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Construction AutoCad
• Construction Design & drafting
• Experience with design and construction of commercial and residential buildings
