Job Description
Do you have experience with CAD—even if it's not in the dental industry? This could be the job for you. Are you searching for an employer that will invest in your training and development and offer you a real path for growth? This could be the job for you. Do you enjoy learning new technology, solving problems, and figuring out how to do things that have never been done before? This could be the job for you. Working in a dental lab might not be something you've ever considered—or even heard of—but it might be everything you've been looking for. Who We Are 360 Digilab is a rapidly growing, multi-location dental laboratory. What is a dental lab, you ask? Well, in simple terms… we make teeth. In more detail, we combine the latest technology—including digital impression scanning, CAD design, and 3D printing—with the precision, craftsmanship, and artistry necessary to create incredible, and sometimes life-changing, dental restorations. The dental laboratory industry has undergone a massive transformation over the last decade as new technologies, techniques, and materials have entered the market—and 360 Digilab is helping lead that transformation. In just eight years, we have grown from 4 employees to more than 80, and this is just the beginning. We have big plans, and we're not slowing down. Who We're Looking For We're looking for the right people to join us on this journey as we continue to grow our team. We are seeking CAD designers who want to take their skills and careers to the next level. Your CAD experience does not need to be in dentistry. Experience in engineering, manufacturing, architecture, drafting, product design, or another CAD-related field may translate extremely well to what we do. We are also hiring for one entry-level position for someone without previous CAD experience who demonstrates strong technical aptitude and an exceptional desire to learn. Dental experience is not required. We can teach you our industry, our technology, and our processes. What we can't teach is the attitude, curiosity, work ethic, and desire to grow that will make someone successful here.
The Right Person Will:
Have a positive, coachable attitude Be genuinely excited to learn and grow Enjoy technology, problem-solving, and learning new processes Be a strong verbal and written communicator Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Have excellent attention to detail Take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work Be willing to tackle challenges and learn from mistakes Contribute positively to a healthy, team-oriented workplace culture Why 360 Digilab? We aren't simply looking for someone to fill a position. We want people who are excited to build a career with us. As our company continues to grow, so do the opportunities for our employees. We invest in training, encourage people to develop new skills, and create opportunities for team members who want to take on more responsibility and continue advancing. If you're looking for more than just another job—and want an opportunity to learn, grow, work with cutting-edge technology, and be part of an industry that is changing rapidly—we'd love to meet youJob Type:
