Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is looking for a CAD Drafter/Designer for a facility in Owosso, MI . We're looking for candidates to join the Engineering Department. This role is critical in the design and development of our custom-engineered air pollution control products.

Pay:
$23 - $25 based of experienceResponsibilites:
Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings of equipment and assemblies using AutoCAD/Inventor software Collaborate with engineers, project managers, sales personnel, and manufacturing staff to develop accurate and functional product designs Communicate directly with clients, contractors, vendors, and external engineers to clarify requirements and respond to technical inquiries Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and internal review processes Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation to support purchasing and fabrication Distribute final drawing packages and relevant documents to internal teams and clients Provide support to fabrication personnel by answering questions and clarifying design details during productionQualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D drafting required Experience with Autodesk Inventor or equivalent software preferred Strong mathematical and technical design skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Effective communication skills and a collaborative working style Ability to work independently and solve design-related problems Basic knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceAbout Cardinal Staffing Services:
