Job Description
Established Custom Home Builder in Blaine is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Residential Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using Auto Cad and Chief Architect software. Additional experience with drafting software systems is accepted
Responsibilities:
Create and revise residential floor plans and construction drawings. Prepare detailed drawings for new home construction. Make design changes and updates based on customer and builder needs. Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and meet applicable building codes. Maintain organized plans and revisions. Hourly rate will be based on experience. Full time in-person position Monday
•Friday 8:00 am
