Designer and Drafter

Design and Draftperson St. Peter Lumber Company is seeking self-motivated, energetic individuals for full time residential and industrial design and drafting.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience in building industry design and drafting (REQUIRED)
• Experience with Softplan design software (or similar) (REQUIRED)
• Formal Design/Drafting education/training
• Experience with cabinet design/layout (PREFERRED)

Your Responsibilities:

(include but are not limited to)

• Coordinate meetings with sales staff and their customers/contractors
• work with customers/contractors on design of houses, additions, decks, kitchens, etc
• travel to jobsites to measure and confirm design
• work with sales staff to develop and maintain new customer accounts to achieve annual growth objectives
• maintain cooperative working relationships with fellow employees
• Demonstrate good judgment in respecting the confidentiality of customer, company and personnel information.

Your Compensation & Benefits:

• Part or Full time hourly wage $22
• 27/hr If FULL time:
