TheENTRY-LEVEL CAD
Technician is responsible for preparation of production drawings, small scale erection drawing revisions, and project coordination used for fabrication and installation of precast concrete products. This position supports the department in maintaining internal scheduling for project requirements and deadlines. Salary range $23.00-$27.00 an hour. Maintaining Project data flow from the Revit Model to Concrete Vision Revises erection drawings as necessary Create/revise individual pour sheets for Production to produce each piece needed Maintain Project Flow, following target dates as established by the D&E Team Follows departmental standards and practices Completes special projects as requested and performs other duties as assignedWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

They demonstrate accountability, adaptability, and a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
High School Diploma or GED Associate degree in drafting degree preferred Interpersonal communication skills to work in a team setting, as well as in a 1-on-1 environment Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently General math skills and ability to read blueprints and plans Basic understanding of general construction practices Ability to meet deadlines and follow project schedules Motivation and self-drive are required to complete a task Ability to use Revit along with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other computer software programs Organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task and able to work on more than one project at once This profile summarizes key duties and expectations but does not list every possible job task.
