You need to be sharp, detail-obsessed, and ready to learn professional-grade engineering software. We'll teach you everything else — and we mean that. About Us Cabinet Masters, Inc. (CMI) is an AWI-certified commercial millwork manufacturer operating a 150,000 sq ft facility in Ironton, MO. We design, fabricate, and install custom casework for some of the most demanding clients in the country — including Amazon, Walmart, Target, HCA Healthcare, Pfizer, FedEx, the St. Louis Cardinals, and the Blues. What You'll Do Convert architectural drawings into detailed 2D and 3D millwork models using Microvellum (AutoCAD-based software) Review designs for buildability and optimize for production Generate panel saw cutting lists and CNC programs Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and shop leads What We're Looking For You catch errors others miss and take quality personally You're self-directed — you figure things out before you ask You communicate clearly in writing and in person You're comfortable learning complex software on the fly You're reliable and take deadlines seriously A degree is not required. We care about how you think, not where you went to school.
