For almost 20 years, Brookstone Companies has specialized in residential construction in the Fargo / Moorhead area. We are expanding into other areas such as commercial and multi-family, which presents further growth opportunities.
Role Responsibilities:
Preparing / modifying construction documents: floor plans, exterior elevations, interior elevations, building sections, and door & window schedules Creating new floor plans to meet the needs of the market Preparing site plans Submitting building permits Assisting with detailed specifications documentation Coordinating with other in-office design and project management personnel Assist with in-house cabinet production Produce manufacturing-ready drawings, cut lists, CNC data, and material reports. Assist with take-offs
Qualified Candidates Should Possess:
5+ years of residential drafting Experience with residential drafting/design software utilizing .DWG file formats •AutoCAD is preferred Strong technical drafting and organizational skills Understanding of residential construction methods Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
