Job Title:
Assistant Electrical Detailer Location:
Albuquerque, New Mexico OR Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Electrical Detailer to support drawing production, CAD work, and project execution across a diverse portfolio of projects. Our team is looking for someone who can help maintain quality, manage priorities, and contribute to efficient delivery in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with a full range of drawing production work and project deliverables. Support CAD drawing production, project execution, printing, scanning, and submission of drawing packages. Maintain high CAD proficiency, uphold client or company CAD standards, and provide quality feedback on work. Assist with QA/QC efforts, communicate workload and priorities, and collaborate with project teams to resolve drawing issues.
Required:
Bachelor degree in drafting technology or related field with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or associate degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or high school diploma/GED with 4 years of progressive detailing and design experience. Basic understanding of design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Excel. Ability to utilize both 2D and 3D applications to prepare engineering drawings. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
