We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical drawing skills to join our team as an Estimator. We don't expect you to know the "ins and outs" of construction on day one. We are looking for someone who can read a set of plans or technical drawings better than anyone else and is eager to learn the building industry. In exchange, we will provide hands-on training in project scoping and bidding, material take-offs, and other skills that will significantly increase your market value in the construction industry.

What You'll Do:

Digital Take-offs:

Dissect architectural plans to create a "shopping list" of every material needed for a project.

Site Documentation:

Visit job sites to take "As-Built" measurements (measuring what is actually there vs. what is on paper).

Visual Reporting:

Capture organized, high-quality photos of site conditions to help the senior team identify potential construction hurdles.

Scope Development:

Help build the technical "Scope of Work" by identifying exactly where one material ends and another begins.

What We're Looking For:

Technical Drawing Literacy:

You've used AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools and can "read" a floor plan effortlessly. The "Tape Measure"

Mindset:

You are obsessed with accuracy. "About 10 feet" isn't an answer; "9' 11-3/4"" is.

Reliable Transportation:

You'll need to visit sites locally (mileage reimbursed).

Organization:

You can take 50 photos of a messy construction site and organize them so that someone who wasn't there knows exactly what they are looking at. Why Join Us?
