10 BI04 Job Summary We are looking for a Technical / CAD Designer I to create accurate 3D models and detailed drawings using Siemens NX . You'll work closely with engineers and project teams to develop, revise, and maintain CAD models and drawings based on engineering instructions, sketches, and layouts. Key Responsibilities Create and update CAD models and detailed drawings using Siemens NX . Make revisions and design changes based on engineering/project requirements. Follow drafting, modeling, and documentation standards. Apply basic GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles. Work closely with engineers and team members to understand requirements and timelines. Maintain accuracy and quality of CAD deliverables while working under guidance and review. Qualifications Associate Degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field OR relevant vocational/technical training. Hands-on experience with Siemens NX or strong proficiency in a comparable CAD software. Basic understanding of drafting practices, standards, and GD&T . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work 100% on-site in Schenectady, NY .

Interview:

1-round virtual panel interview; camera required.

Pay:

$33.00 - $37.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
