We combine design, engineering, and manufacturing expertise to deliver custom solutions with speed, precision, and reliability. Position Overview We're looking for a CAD Designer with strong SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience to create accurate, production-ready drawings for our manufacturing team. This role works closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to bring custom projects to life. What You'll Do- Create 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Develop complete design packages (assemblies, fabrication drawings, BOMs)
- Translate customer and sales requirements into clear, manufacturable designs
- Collaborate with Engineering on new product development, custom and non-standard projects
- Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and ready for production
- Support production by resolving design-related questions or issues
- Continuously improve drawing standards, templates, and workflows What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of CAD design experience
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Experience creating detailed manufacturing/fabrication drawings
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, and custom products
- Familiarity with BOMs and ERP systems
- Knowledge of materials such as aluminum, steel, and fabric
- Experience with 3D Printing, Programming (Emmegi Milling Machines, Eastman Computer Cutters, ABB Welding Robot, and Dragon Plasma Cutter) What Success Looks Like
