Electrical Controls Designer Pay:

$38-$42/hr + overtime

PM Location:

Harrison, OH We are seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Designer with strong AutoCAD Electrical experience to create and maintain electrical drawings for industrial control panels and machinery. Key Responsibilities Create and revise electrical-control drawings and multi-sheet panel packages. Develop schematics for PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, power distribution, safety circuits, and industrial networks. Create panel layouts, BOMs, wire lists, terminal reports, and device lists. Update drawings from engineering and shop redlines. Review drawings for accuracy, revisions, wire numbers, device tags, and cross-references. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, panel-shop technicians, and electricians. Requirements 3+ years of industrial electrical-controls drafting/design experience. Professional experience with AutoCAD Electrical . Experience with industrial control panels, machinery, or automation systems. Knowledge of

UL 508A, NFPA

79, and NEC . Strong understanding of electrical schematics, PLC I/O, motor controls, VFDs, safety circuits, and field wiring. Experience working with a panel fabrication/wiring shop preferred. Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and AutomationDirect experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. PLC/HMI programming experience is a plus but not required. #IND2
