Position Summary Pharaoh Energy is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented CAD Drafter to join our team. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate technical drawings, electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, and 3D models that support our field operations, fabrication, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience using CAD software, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and be able to translate engineering concepts into clear, organized documentation. While experience with oilfield equipment is preferred, we are willing to train candidates with strong drafting skills and a desire to learn. Apply online at www.pharaohenergy.net Responsibilities Create and revise electrical and hydraulic schematics using AutoCAD or similar CAD software. Produce detailed technical drawings for manufacturing, fabrication, maintenance, and field operations. Develop 2D drawings and 3D models of equipment, piping, and mechanical components. Update existing drawings while maintaining proper revision control and documentation. Collaborate with engineering, operations, fabrication, and maintenance personnel to ensure drawing accuracy. Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design requirements. Assist with equipment modifications, design improvements, and new equipment layouts. Organize and maintain engineering files, CAD libraries, and project documentation. Ensure drawings comply with company standards and applicable industry practices. Support special projects and other drafting responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Proficiency with AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software. Experience creating electrical and hydraulic schematics. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of drafting principles. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with oilfield equipment, pressure pumping, or industrial machinery preferred, but not required . Familiarity with hydraulic systems, electrical control systems, piping layouts, and fabrication drawings. Experience with 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Revit, or similar platforms is a plus. Associate degree or technical certification in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Design, or a related field preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
