What You'll Do Design custom stainless steel process equipment using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Create 3D models, fabrication drawings, piping layouts, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Quality from concept through production. Interpret customer specifications and transform them into precision-engineered solutions. Support manufacturing, participate in design reviews, and drive continuous improvement. What You Bring Associate degree in CAD/Drafting or equivalent experience. Experience with 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred). Strong mechanical drafting skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A passion for learning, problem-solving, and creating innovative solutions.
