AutoCAD Operator / CAD Designer Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AutoCAD Operator / CAD Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for land development, site plans, grading, and utility layouts
• Assist with surveying plan production including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and

• Develop construction documents for residential and commercial building permit applications
• Support stormwater management design, including drainage plans, erosion & sediment control plans, and calculations
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of plans
• Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and version control
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with design revisions as needed Qualifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience preferred)
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in CAD, Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering, land surveying, or land development preferred
• Strong understanding of drafting standards, layering, and annotation
• Familiarity with local municipal requirements and permitting processes in Southeastern Pennsylvania is a plus

Pay:

$64,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
