Job functions include:

Preparation of foodservice equipment layouts, schedules, details, and utility rough-in drawings using the company's standard drawing techniques Creation of new drawings as well as modifications of existing drawings, compiling and putting together a set of construction documents Maintenance and creation of additional components to the library of detail drawings & blocks Publication and distribution of drawings via messenger, internet, email, and ftp Maintaining drawing submission log Participating in additional training to further education (as appropriate). New members of the team will receive adequate training by staff to learn industry & company standards.

Job Requirements:

Two-plus years of Mechanical Drafting and AutoCAD experience Efficiency in using Auto

CAD 2015-2024

Experience in the food service industry is a plus General PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and to multitask Ability to work within a team as well as independently is a must Salary/Hourly Rates based on experience.
