Compensation:

$90,000 - $110,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Look through large databases of material properties to choose the ideal material for modeling Generate 2D and/or 3D designs using computer software, ensuring all project specifications are met Notify superintendents and project managers of the design's progress and when the designs are complete Receive feedback from construction team members and clients and revise designs accordingly Collaborate with construction team members to establish budgets and timelines for the designs

Qualifications:

Highly attuned to detail and possess excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills Advanced knowledge of architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, AutoDesk BIM, Solidworks, 3
