Overview/Summary:

Our Client is a global professional services firm that provides engineering, design, construction, and consulting solutions across infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, energy, water, and government sectors. They have 140+ office locations nationwide. This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in office at one of our Client's offices. Open to fully remote for exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up project-specific BIM/CAD environments for clients requiring 3D deliverables Coordinate clash detection and adjudication across disciplines Manage and audit CAD layers to ensure consistency and standards compliance Facilitate updates to BIM/CAD standards in coordination with the Design Automation Group Act as a liaison between Design Automation and piping design teams to address technical concerns Organize and lead regular designer check-ins Provide updates to the BIM team on new software, tools, and workflows Develop and administer BIM/CAD training materials Document workflows, standards, and tools related to BIM/CAD software Lead onboarding and training for piping designers on assigned projects

Required Qualifications:

Self-starter with strong motivation and organization skills Minimum 5 years of experience in process/mechanical equipment layout and piping design At least 3 years of experience in a BIM/CAD administration role Advanced user of Revit for 3D design (minimum 3 years of recent experience) Hands-on experience as both a designer and BIM/CAD administrator Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively Interest in leading designers and managing BIM/CAD standards and processes Experience with Navisworks preferred Semiconductor or microelectronics industry experience is a plus In order to be considered for this role, you must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
