In this role, you will work across the full design and production process, producing detailed 3D models, drawings and manufacturing documentation for high-quality modular projects. You will work closely with engineering, design and production teams to ensure designs are accurate, buildable and ready for manufacture. The Role Produce detailed 3D models, shop drawings and production documentation Work with Cadwork and/or Revit across modular construction projects Collaborate with design, engineering and manufacturing teams Support technical problem-solving, design coordination and buildability Maintain high standards of drawing accuracy and quality control The Person Experience as a CAD Engineer, CAD Designer or Detailer Background within construction, modular, offsite or manufacturing Strong experience with Cadwork or Revit Good understanding of technical drawings and construction detailing Ambitious, detail-focused and looking for long-term progression The Package $95,000
