Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD Technician - Ground Improvement position include: 2-3 years of professional CAD drafting experience, with a strong focus on Civil 3D. Working proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience supporting earthwork, grading, shoring, foundations, utilities, or similar ground-improvement/civil projects. Ability to read civil drawings and construction plans. Capable of updating drawings based on engineer redlines. Experience performing takeoffs from PDFs or construction drawings is strongly preferred. Detail-oriented and comfortable learning from engineers and senior CAD staff. Willingness to grow from CAD Technician into CAD Designer over time.

Salary:

$25-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
