Job Description
Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a full-time CAD/BIM Designer for our Iselin office. In joining the diverse Northeast CAD/BIM Group, youll have the opportunity to work on various water and wastewater projects in the region.
Revit skills are required for this role, with at least 1 year of experience preferred. Experience with Revit modeling for process mechanical design is highly desirable. The role may involve incorporating Revit and Civil 3D data into the geospatial world for Asset and Facility Management applications.

Ensure modeling meets Hazen Process Mechanical design standards.
Ensure compliance with Hazens and/or the clients CAD/BIM standards.
Coordinate model changes with other disciplines providing solutions to conflicts.
Perform clash detection at submittal milestones and coordinate clash resolutions.
Coordinate design submittals with other project discipline leads.
Provide visualization support for project and pursuit assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
Create Process Mechanical Revit models and associated views.Ensure modeling meets Hazen Process Mechanical design standards.
Ensure compliance with Hazens and/or the clients CAD/BIM standards.
Coordinate model changes with other disciplines providing solutions to conflicts.
Perform clash detection at submittal milestones and coordinate clash resolutions.
Coordinate design submittals with other project discipline leads.
Provide visualization support for project and pursuit assignments.
Required Qualifications:
Revit skills (1-7 years of experience preferred)Self-starter with attention to detailAbility to work well in teams and collaborate with othersCapable of meeting deadlines and working on various projects simultaneouslyEffective communicator-verbal and writtenPreferred Qualifications:
