We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will take our client's vision of their space and recommend a signage plan. Knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to interpret architectural plans are a plus. We're willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating detailed drawings and plans using CAD software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and align on project requirements. Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project changes. Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in CAD software a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of engineering and architectural principles. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Be part of a collaborative, supportive team. We'll provide hands-on training, you provide a willingness to learn.
