Job Description
Travel to various residences to take measurements of existing residences as required. Produce residential house plans using computer-aided design and drafting (AUTOCAD) software in 2D. Produce drawings or "as-builts" of existing residences as required Produce detail drawings of elevations, electrical, demolition, foundation, roof and other plans as required. Track time and tasks performed for each client as required. Perform other duties as required. Work under the supervision of senior or master draftsmen. Valid drivers license and proficiency in Autocad is required. Compensation is based on experience and proficiency. 2 years or more experience in residential drafting a plus.
