Job Summary:

We are a high-end, digital dental laboratory in Fort Lauderdale seeking an expert Senior All-on-X Dental CAD/CAM Designer to join our team. This role is strictly 100% in-house (on-site) at our facility—remote work, hybrid setups, or outsourcing are not available. The ideal candidate is a master of exocad who specializes in complex, full-arch implant reconstructions and All-on-X workflows. Core Responsibilities Advanced Full-Arch Design:

Design complex All-on-X implant restorations , including hybrid frameworks, bars, provisional conversions, and final zirconia or titanium-backed prosthetics.

Primary Software Workflow:

Utilize exocad as your primary design platform to execute precise, anatomically correct, and structurally sound full-arch cases.

Multi-Platform Versatility:

Leverage 3Shape workflows as needed to support the digital department and handle diverse case intakes.

Clinical Collaboration:

Partner closely with the lab leader and prescribing clinicians to evaluate case aesthetics, vertical dimension of occlusion (VDO), and implant planning.

Quality Assurance and case management:

Quality-check digital scans, model alignments, and implant interfaces prior to fabrication to ensure zero-defect manufacturing.

Qualifications & Skills Strict Location Requirement:

Must be able to work 100% on-site daily at our Fort Lauderdale lab. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Software Mastery:

Advanced, high-level proficiency in exocad is required. Experience with 3Shape is a strong plus.

Specialized Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated experience focusing heavily on All-on-X and complex implant aesthetics.

Morphology Expert:

Deep, comprehensive knowledge of dental anatomy, gingival architecture, structural integrity, and functional occlusion.

Production Literacy:

Solid understanding of how CAD designs translate to CAM fabrication (milling and 3D printing).
