Irrigation Designer / CAD Designer AutoCAD •
SOLIDWORKS
Irrigation Design Location:
Darlington, SC Design innovative irrigation systems that help growers succeed. Overview TriEst Ag Group is hiring an Irrigation Designer/CAD Designer to join our team in Darlington, South Carolina. This full-time position is ideal for someone with CAD design experience who enjoys solving technical challenges, creating accurate designs, and supporting the agricultural industry through innovative irrigation solutions. You'll design irrigation systems using CAD software, develop detailed drawings, troubleshoot existing systems, prepare project cost estimates, and collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver practical solutions for our customers. SOLIDWORKS

Enjoy continuous learning and professional development. Key Responsibilities Design irrigation systems using Irricad, AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, or similar CAD software. Develop detailed technical drawings and design documentation. Troubleshoot and improve existing irrigation system designs. Prepare project cost estimates based on design specifications. Maintain and update CAD drawing libraries. Support TriEst's ongoing transition to
SOLIDWORKS.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver practical irrigation solutions. Required Qualifications Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Engineering Graphics, Drafting & Design, or a related field preferred. Experience using AutoCAD, BricsCAD, SOLIDWORKS, or similar CAD software. Basic understanding of hydraulics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications
SOLIDWORKS
experience. Experience designing irrigation, piping, or pressurized water systems. Irricad experience. Project estimating experience. Agricultural or farming industry experience.
