Job Description

What you'll do Read, interpret, and plot erection details and drawings for basic structural systems. Partner with the Project Lead to establish shop card sequencing and priorities; jointly review erection drawings and related details. Create shop cards in AutoCAD or comparable CAD/modeling platforms and confirm compliance with established detailing standards. Submit fully scrubbed shop cards to the Project Lead for accuracy confirmation. Process and incorporate red‑line corrections from Project Lead check prints. Produce Steel Cards from sketches/markups supplied by Project Designers or Design Engineers. How you'll collaborate You'll support the design team's daily workflow across multiple precast jobs. Erection drawings for basic structures are prepared under the supervision of the Engineer Lead, while daily tasking and quality checks are coordinated with the Project Lead.
Qualifications Education:
Associate's degree (2‑year) in Design Drafting or a closely related discipline preferred.
Experience:
Under one year of prior or related experience required. A comparable combination of education and relevant experience can substitute for a degree.
Proficiency:
