Job Description Structural Metal Detailer for steel fabrication & erection company. Must apply in person The detailer prepares detailed plans, drawings and other documents for the manufacture and erection of steel members (columns, beams, braces, trusses, stairs, handrails, joists, metal decking, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Creating construction drawings using our highly specialized software Generating and verifying fabrication drawings and reports Generating bill of materials for field construction Designing and troubleshooting standardized steel framing conditions with project specific requests Ensuring a quality product by thorough contract and design coordination Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task. Able to problem solve to provide lowest cost, easiest fabricated/installed product while adhering to the contract documents and all applicable codes. Work closely with project managers/ production teams to establish timelines Attention to detail is important as candidate is going to handle important documents. Q

• ualifications:

• Able to read Architectural and Structural Construction drawings. Experience with FabTrol MRP software strongly preferred All positions require physical / drug screenings
