FINETECH US INC.
is a Korean-owned specialty construction company engaged in semiconductor Ultra-High-Purity piping and mechanical construction at the Samsung Taylor FAB and Hutto project sites. This position will provide support for 5D design and modeling activities, as well as general field-office administrative assistance. Training on the 5D software will be provided after joining the company. As the employee gains experience, there will be opportunities to develop into a fully qualified, independent Modeler. 2. Key Responsibilities5D Modeling and Design Support Perform modeling work for the six major semiconductor construction disciplines using Samsung's proprietary 5D piping-design software:
BULK / EXHAUST S-GAS CHEMICAL UPW / DRAIN VACUUM ELECTRIC
Prepare, organize, and manage documents and drawings generated through the 5D software using CAD and PowerPoint. In-house training will be provided for the use of the 5D and CAD software. Develop into an independent Modeler as experience and technical skills are gained. Drawing and Document Management Manage CAD drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) files. Interpretation and Communication Support Provide Korean-English interpretation support within the office, including internal meetings and visits from local engineers. 3. QualificationsRequired Ability to communicate professionally in both Korean and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Entry-level candidates are welcome. No previous experience is required. In-house training will be provided for the 5D and CAD software. Preferred Experience using AutoCAD or similar design software. Experience in 5D design, piping design, or plant modeling. Experience working in a semiconductor FAB, construction, or engineering environment. Availability to work extended hours during peak project periods, when necessary. Previous experience working for a Korean-owned company. 4.
Work Environment and Compensation Primary Work Location:
1530 FM 973, Taylor, Texas 76574 — Project Site Office Office-based work within a semiconductor FAB construction environment, including occasional site visits.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Lunch Break:
12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Starting Salary:
$60,000 per year for entry-level candidates. Compensation may be adjusted based on relevant experience.
Position Classification:
Non-Exempt position, with separate overtime compensation.

From $60,000.00 per year
