Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced CAD/CAM Milling Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided milling skill and will be responsible for milling crowns. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively with technicians and other team members to ensure the accuracy and functionality of crowns. Duties Develop and prepare detailed CAD/CAM crown designs to mill based on specifications provided by designers. Utilize software related to milling machines to create crowns. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure crowns meet required standards and specifications. Assist in CNC programming for automated machinery operations. Fabricate components as required, ensuring adherence to design specifications. Check stocks of zirconia pucks to ensure the process goes smooth. Skills Experience with milling CAD/CAM programming is highly desirable. (Preferred HyperDent milling software experience) Strong understanding of CNC operations and programming techniques. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
