Responsible for producing precise technical drawings and detailed schematics based on conceptual designs and engineering specifications. Working closely with engineers, designers, and project managers, this role transforms ideas into clear, accurate technical documentation that guides production and ensures compliance with industry standards.Primary Responsibilities:
- Create 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit)
- Translate engineering notes and sketches into detailed schematics and layouts
- Ensure drawings are accurate, consistent, and aligned with internal standards and external regulations
- Maintain and update documentation throughout design revisions and project lifecycles
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve design issues
- Organize and archive completed drawings and related documents
- Stay up to date on drafting best practices, tools, and technology trends
