In this role, you will be responsible for Template/Digitize with a Laser precise stone templates, ensuring accurate fabrication and installation of stone elements for architectural projects. Your expertise in CAD software, building code compliance, and construction detail documentation will be essential to deliver high-quality craftsmanship that meets project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative building projects by combining technical precision with creative problem-solving. Responsibilities Develop detailed stone templates based on architectural schematics, schematic drawings, and 3D models using CAD software such as Rhino 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD Collaborate closely with architects, and fabricators to interpret design intent and ensure templates align with project specifications and building code regulations Prepare comprehensive construction detail documentation that clearly communicates fabrication requirements and installation procedures Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and measure accordingly for seamless integration into the construction process Knolege on Laser products from measuring, template and digitize Maintain meticulous records of template versions, revisions, and related documentation for quality control and project tracking Qualifications Proven experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, Revit, ArchiCAD, etc Strong knowledge of construction detail documentation and building code analysis relevant to stone fabrication and installation Familiarity with construction processes, site conditions, and building information Ability to interpret architectural schematics, technical drawings, and engineering specifications accurately Experience in interior design or mechanical design is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams Attention to detail with a focus on precision in drafting, modeling, and documentation processes Knowlege in operating CNC Machine Intermac Master Join us as a Stone Templater to bring innovative architectural visions to life through expert craftsmanship.
