In this role, you will leverage advanced computer-aided design (CAD) software to create precise dental restorations, prosthetics, and orthodontic appliances. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes by ensuring the highest quality of dental products. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about dental technology, laboratory fabrication, and innovative design processes to contribute to a thriving healthcare environment. Responsibilities Utilize CAD software to design and model dental restorations, crowns, bridges, implants, and orthodontic devices with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate closely with dental practitioners and laboratory technicians to interpret clinical impressions and specifications Ensure all designs adhere to strict infection control standards and aseptic techniques during the modeling process Maintain meticulous records of design specifications, modifications, and production notes in accordance with HIPAA and medical documentation protocols Conduct quality checks on digital models using precise measurement tools such as micrometers and verify dimensions align with prescribed anatomical parameters Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental fabrication technology, CAD software updates, and industry best practices Assist in training team members on CAD design procedures and software functionalities as needed Qualifications Proven experience with CAD software tailored for dental applications (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad) Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, and medical imaging techniques relevant to dental design Laboratory experience in dental fabrication or related fields is highly preferred Familiarity with medical records management, Epic or similar EMR systems, and medical coding standards such as HIPAA compliance Ability to interpret clinical impressions, patient assessments, and medical documentation accurately Knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic techniques within a laboratory setting Excellent attention to detail with proficiency in using precision measurement tools like micrometers Basic understanding of pediatric dentistry concepts is a plus but not required Join our innovative team where your expertise will shape the future of dental care!
