Overview We are a small but growing stair company seeking a full time draftsman to fill out our design team. Duties will include-

• Creating shop drawing packages of stairs and surrounding conditions for architects and owners review as well as our internal use.
• Combining information from blue prints, field notes, and design meetings to produce drawings.
• Work closely with Project Managers and design team to understand scope. Requirements-
• 5+ years experience w/AutoCAD or similar CAD software (without degree/certificate)
• Emphasis on 2D drafting, but knowledge of 3D drafting would be helpful. Will need to create .stl files from time to time
• Knowledge of how to create shop drawings (plan/section/elevation/detail views)
• Must be able to read blueprints, and interpret architectural drawings
• Knowledge of how to create LISP routines and/or programming automations within a software package
• Experience with parametric drawing a big plus
• CNC experience is also a plus
• Portfolio of past work, or ability to demonstrate skillset We are a tight knit, team oriented group looking to expand our capabilities.
