Job Description

Job Responsibilities Assist senior engineers in the sustaining, analysis and improvement of semiconductor products and solutions. Monitor electrical device operation to assure conformance to quality standards and engineering specifications. Help troubleshoot complex process, quality and yield problems. Design experiments, collect data, and analyze results. Participate in technical reviews and contribute to problem-solving discussions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve individual and shared goals. Learn and apply industry-standard tools, methodologies, and best practices. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and other project documentation. Perform other duties as assigned to support engineering initiatives. Job Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related technical field. Strong academic record and a genuine interest in semiconductors, electronics, or embedded systems. Basic understanding of Analog, Logic, Power, and/or NVM devices is preferred. Basic understanding of device physics and semiconductor operation is preferred. Basic understanding of statistical process control and usage of statistics analysis software (Minitab, JMP, etc) is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse and dynamic environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
